1S1K Clan
Who we are
We are a Clan of like minded gamers whose main goal is to have fun playing the game, while still having a competitive spirit. We were established early in January of 2008 by Cap. Shanesaw for the Xbox 360 version of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. Originally known by the tag GFPI, for GameFaqs Players International, we quickly expanded outside of GameFaqs to include anyone who wanted to play the game with friends, for competition, or just for fun. Once we stepped away from GameFaqs players, it was only fair to everyone that we have a clan name that suits all, not just some of the group. Thus 1S1K, short for 1 Shot 1 Kill, was born.
What we stand for
Our main goal in playing together is just that, playing together. We all like to win, however it is not our goal to dominate every adversary, and we don’t care if we are bested, as long as we play a good game. We play games for fun, and do not judge people for how good they are at the game, just how much they like to enjoy the experience. Unlike other clans who care more about someone’s K/D ratio than a person’s character, we will not turn people away for statistics.
The only things we really stand against are people who try to ruin the experience for other players. This includes cheaters and glitchers, or extreme trash talkers. Everyone enjoys a little friendly competition once in a while, but racial slurs, extreme swearing, and anything intentionally offensive goes against what we stand for. We want to promote fair and friendly gameplay, not ignorance and hate.
Who we accept into the clan
Mature individuals who do not feel the need to trash talk opponents or even teammates in the event of a loss. If you feel the need to trash talk your teammates because you didn’t feel they performed to par then 1S1K is not for you.
Maturity is not gained through age so we do not turn away younger players. We do however expect all of our members to practice proper sportsmanship at all times.
We play to win though winning isn’t everything; if it is for you then 1S1K is not. You can sometimes learn more from a loss than you do from a victory.
Membership in 1S1K is by INVITATION ONLY, if you feel you need to be considered send a friend invite to GT-R3LL1C, GT-Jangalian XI or GT- I Illmatic IC3Y for a tryout to see if 1S1K will be a fit for you.
