Akuma After unlocking Sakura, Dan, Cammy, Fei Long, Gen and Rose, Fight him on arcade mode, to do that, Get at least 2 perfects and 2 Ultra Finishes.
Cammy End the arcade mode with Crimson Viper
Dan End the arcade mode with Sakura
Fei Long End the arcade mode with Abel
Gen End the arcade mode with Chun-Li
Gouken After unlocking Akuma, Sakura, Dan, Cammy, Fei Long, Gen and Rose, Fight him on arcade mode, to do that, Get at least 2 perfects and 3 Ultra Finishes.
Rose End the arcade mode with M.Bison
Sakura End the arcade mode with Ryu
Seth End the game with all the other characters

For those interested in unlocking the characters faster:

Put the game on very easy, one round, 30 seconds.
Should get you through the regular characters pretty fast, Seth is still a bitch though.

Took me about an hour to unlcok most of the characters.

a little side note for gouken and akuma you cannot use a continue.

cheaper then seth i had it set to 1 round i dont think u can use a continue 99 time limit i got lucky i had 1 hit to die but i pulled off my revenge shouryuken with Ken to beat him.

yea your revenge meter fills then u can use ur ultra meter.

Alright, I unlocked Seth last night and then beat arcade mode with him. His story was kind of interesting, you get to find out who Abel is.
